Spring Healthy Families Workshops 

Controversies Regarding Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder  with Dr. Kevin Nugent, Child Psychiatrist on Tuesday, March 22nd from 7 to 9 p.m.

Dr. Nugent will lead parents and professionals through the latest research and discuss the most effective interventions for ADHD. This presentation will be of interest to parents of children/teens, teachers, day care providers, clinicians and physicians.  

All about Eating in 4 to 12 Year Olds: Helping your Child Become a Competent Eater with Staff of the PRHC Family and Youth Clinic on Thursday, April 7th from 7 to 9 p.m.

The panel will discuss teaching children healthy eating habits, dealing with picky eaters, reducing meal-time conflict, as well as when to seek professional help. The workshop will be of interest to parent/care providers of children ages 4 plus.

All workshops are held at the Peterborough Public Library Auditorium (345 Aylmer St. North).
